The goal of any LYL session is to inspire change, and often involves breaking out of a few comfort zones. Mainly because without change everything will stay the same as it is now, and we're assuming that if you're considering contacting us to arrange a session you want something to change. Whether that change is because you, or your team, or business:
- Are constantly battling an uphill struggle
- Are stuck in a rut
- Feel bogged down
- Can't see the wood for the trees
- Find yourselves up a creek without a paddle
- Are going around in Circles
- Feel like a fish out of water
- Are out on a limb
- Are between a rock and hard place
- Need to turn a corner
- Have missed the tide
- Are in at the deep end
- Feel like you've burnt all your bridges
- Are feeling under the weather
- Can only see a dead end
- Get back on track
- Go with the flow
- Turn the corner
- See the wood, and
- Be headed in the right direction
Harder to describe in writing than it is to do in reality - either by going for a walk or using videos or images of nature.... or even your imagination (said in a whisper).
Sessions can last 10 mins to a day or two. It depends on the situation requiring resolution.
